Instructions

  1. Place the beef in the slow cooker: Center the 3 lbs beef chuck roast in the middle of the slow cooker, creating the foundation for the meal.
  2. Add vegetables on either side: Arrange the sliced carrots and diced onions on one side of the beef and the sliced red potatoes on the other side, allowing even cooking and flavor distribution.
  3. Pour tomato sauce over the ingredients: Gently pour the 15 oz tomato sauce evenly on top of the beef and vegetables to infuse moisture and richness.
