Ingredients
Scale
Cold Brew Coffee
- 8 oz cold brew coffee
- 1–2 tbsp vanilla syrup (adjust to taste)
- Ice cubes (as needed)
Salted Caramel Cream Foam
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- 2 tbsp 2% milk
- 1 tbsp caramel syrup
- 1/8 tsp salt
Instructions
- Prepare Cold Brew Coffee: Fill a large cup with ice and pour 8 oz of cold brew coffee over it. Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of vanilla syrup, depending on your preferred sweetness level, and stir well to combine.
- Make Salted Caramel Cream Foam: In a separate cup, combine 2 tablespoons of heavy cream, 2 tablespoons of 2% milk, 1 tablespoon of caramel syrup, and 1/8 teaspoon of salt. Use a hand frother to froth the mixture until it becomes thick, creamy, and airy.
- Assemble and Serve: Gently pour the salted caramel cream foam on top of the cold brew coffee. Serve immediately and enjoy the rich, creamy, and sweet salted caramel cold brew experience.
Notes
- Adjust vanilla syrup quantity to suit your preferred sweetness.
- The foam works best when frothed thoroughly to achieve a thick texture.
- Use freshly brewed cold brew coffee for the best flavor.
- You can substitute 2% milk with your preferred milk, but 2% provides the ideal creaminess.
