Instructions

- Layer Cheese: Take a slice of mozzarella cheese, tuck its corners so it fits inside the ramekin, and place it on top of the sauce.
- Add Pepperoni: Arrange 5 pepperoni slices in a circle over the cheese layer.
- Add Sausage: Sprinkle a portion of the cooked ground Italian sausage evenly over the pepperoni.

- Fill Remaining Ramekins: Repeat steps 2 through 8 to fill all four ramekins.
- Bake: Cover each ramekin loosely with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes to heat through and meld flavors.
- Finish Baking: Remove the foil and bake uncovered for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and slightly golden.
