Instructions
- Prepare Ingredients: Peel the oranges and carrots. Roughly chop the carrots to help with blending. Peel a 1 inch piece of fresh ginger.
- Blend Ingredients: Place the peeled oranges, chopped carrots, peeled ginger, and water into a blender in that order. Add honey if desired for additional sweetness. Blend on high speed for 1-2 minutes or until the mixture is smooth and well combined.

Notes
- For a colder smoothie, use cold water or add a few ice cubes before blending.
