- 10 medjool dates
- 80g (1/4 cup) Lotus Biscoff spread
- 3 Lotus Biscoff biscuits, crushed

- 150g milk chocolate, chopped
Instructions
- Prepare Tray: Line a baking tray with baking paper to prevent sticking and for easy cleanup.
- Prepare Dates: Use a small sharp knife to make a slit along each date and carefully remove and discard the seeds to create space for the filling.
- Fill Dates: Place the Biscoff spread into a sealable or piping bag and snip about 1 cm from a corner. Pipe the spread into each date, then sprinkle a little crushed Biscoff biscuit on top. Arrange the filled dates on the prepared tray.
- Melt Chocolate: Put the chopped milk chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high for 1 minute, stirring halfway through, until melted and smooth.
- Coat Dates: Using two forks, dip each stuffed date into the melted chocolate to coat thoroughly, allowing any excess chocolate to drip back into the bowl. Return each coated date to the baking tray.
- Final Topping and Setting: Sprinkle the remaining crushed Biscoff biscuits over the chocolate-coated dates. Place the tray in the refrigerator until the chocolate is fully set and firm. Serve chilled for best texture and taste.
