  3. Prepare Breading: In another bowl, combine the bread crumbs with the Parmesan cheese to create the crispy coating mixture.
  4. Cut & Coat Zucchini: Slice the zucchini into 1/4-inch thick rounds. Dip each round first into the seasoned flour mixture, then the whisked eggs, and finally coat it thoroughly in the breadcrumb and Parmesan mixture.
  5. Air Fryer Preparation: Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking and arrange the coated zucchini slices in a single layer without overlapping.
  6. Add Cooking Spray: Lightly spray the top of the zucchini chips with cooking spray to ensure they crisp evenly during air frying.
  7. Air Fry First Side: Set the air fryer to 400°F and cook the zucchini for 5 minutes on one side until it starts to turn golden.
